If you have been elected as a delegate to the Clark County Convention please hold on to your delegate election form. Future questions about your status as a delegate or to report that you will not be able to attend the county convention on April 14th we will need your number off of this form. Specific questions about your individual status please use the help ticket system form shown on the right side of this screen.
